From a list of artists I was asked to choose one and create a poster which communicates their individual style. I chose the artist Folkert De Jong as my subject for this poster in which I have created a nightmarish tone juxtaposed by the pastel blues and pink which are a motif in his work. De Jong’s work is often characterized by a dark foreboding message, but it is always juxtaposed by a light hearted humor.
